Despite messing up quite a few times during my piano accompaniment for my siblings’ violin recital, I was rather happy to come home to a nice, clean room, which I assume I should take pictures of before it becomes messy again. Other than that, I must express my content at all the music downloading I’ve been doing lately to expand my horizons.. a bit. I’m sure you all know that I listen to five main kinds of music: Jpop, Kpop, Cpop, Europop, and various electronica. Occasionally there are sprinklings of psychedelic, classical, South-Asian pop, and old-school, but for the most part I stick with the main five.
It turns out I’ve been lurking around three forums that provide me with the fixes I need for three of those five, so for the past two days I’ve been downloading albums like a madwoman. In addition to grabbing music from artists I already know, I’ve tried out a few new groups (not that fond of solo artists). Unfortunately, I’ll probably need a new external to hold all the music I’ve gotten x_x Maybe I’ll just get an external to allocate specifically towards music and nothing else..
Speaking of getting new technology, it’s about time I started making my birthday request list (”wishlist” sounds tacky). I’m kind of blank this year; the only thing I -really- want is a new digital camera and perhaps a few books.. *shrug* I’ll do some scoping around on Yesasia and Amazon and Newegg and B&N to see what I can find.
